I had several thousand dollars of upgrades accomplished in my home;  the white trash workers he sent over...... now I have never seen this before ever...... actually stopped work, walked outside, and took a ten minute smoke break every hour.  It took them four times as long to complete the job.  They never even obtained a permit until after the fact.  Over charged me and VERY poor workmanship

These guys promised my inlaws they'd have a job done by a certain date last year. They didn't even get beyond ripping the place to pieces by the date promised. I did some research with some friends who do this kind of work and found out they overcharged by thousands of dollars. Then they kept rescheduling to the point where nobody saw or heard from them for over a month. They messed up the granite tops so they had to get them remade, then they couldn't match the color on the replacement. The stucco work is the worst I've seen in decacades. 
Do not waste your time with this unprofessional, lazy, overchargng company. You will reget hiring them.

I had several projects accomplished by Home ResQ before I saw them for the typical Pasco County trailer trash that they are.  Overall, it was a very weird experience.  Nicholas Walsh came over claiming to be just the estimator, and that he worked for his wife.  Upon research, the "owner" is a MAN named  Gregory K. Hickey.  There was no other name listed as owner, and no other Walsh.  In retrospect, that is sexual harassment.  All the contracts were hand written, and for a specified price.  Then throughout the projects, he kept adding more and more added charges, like "nickel and diming."  He was paid around $50,000 in total for all the projects he did at my house from kitchen remodels to bathroom remodels to wall additions, so that is not acceptable.  His white trash men he always sent over took a smoke break every hour on the hour, and completed things in 20 times longer than a normal "contractor."  Once I started trying other Pasco County contractors, ANYONE engages in superior workmanship, professionalism, and fair trade better than Nicholas Walsh and his "boss,"  his wife, Mrs Walsh, when in reality the true owner is Gregory Hickey.  FRAUD

First off - even though I paid for it in advance, they didn't pull a permit to do the initial work until I Called them out on it half way thrugh the job

They over charged me to replace the soffits and fascia for my 1 story home (over $10,000) and removed A small section of my back patio porch roof, which wasn't necessary. First off, they tried  covering my rotting wood and soffits and facia with the new plastic stuff. Halfway through another contractor came to my home and said that that should not be the way it is done. When I asked Home Rescue about it, they got a very bad attitude and started ripping everything apart at redid it the correct way.  During that process, they broke one of my porch lights. After consistent nagging and hounding them to repair the light, they just brought a clear piece of glass and placed it in the spot instead of repairing it correctly or even coming out of pocket the $40 it would have cost to replace the entire fixture. When they replaced the section of my metal patio roof on the rear of my home they didn't need to be taken down in the first place, there were pieces left over and a big section missing out of the roof. Once they finally came back out after my consistent calls to cheaply repair the light they broke, They also made an attempt to correct my roof. Unfortunately, when they tore my roof a part for my back patio, they never put it back together correctly and every time it rains all of the rain water washes off my roof and into my patio instead of off of my whole roof and onto the patio roof and off the side of the house. In other words, every time it rains all the rain water floods into my porch...
I called home res q and they keep scheduling appointments to come out but they keep postponing the day of  my appointment every time. I expected more professionalism out of this company. They drive nice trucks and have a nice building but their service and work quality is shoddy to say the least and the staff and the owners are very unprofessional and rude and uncaring. This young company will not stay in business long with this type of work ethic and lack of customer satisfaction.
I find it funny that the only other review as of today that is on here is a five star review left by the owner of this company.
