Nice location but weird set up. You can barely tell it's a HomeDepot from either road. Well stocked and plenty of employees around. It's your usually Home Depot experience. Definitely set up more for contractors which is helpful
My wife and son went there today to purchase a surprise Fathers Day Weber Slate 30" Rust-Resistant Griddle. They figured it would fit in our SUV, it did not so they had to go to plan B. This plan B was totally "ADHOC" which my family seems to be good at. To make a long story very short to get the Weber Slate home today they had to pay for in store assembly , rent a van from Home Depot have the Slate loaded into the van drive home and then return the van back to Home Depot and drive back in our SUV back home. But I always give credit and kudos where its do. The Customer Experience Manager Junior Gonzalez deserves 6 stars if I could possibly give it to him . Junior my family and I thank you for going above and beyond what is expected in order to make our family's Father's Day 2024 memorable. Here's to you JR. G. Happy Fathers Day .
I’m literally just a girl. I was in the store, all by my lonesome, in desperate need of assistance. The staff was so incredibly helpful. Shoutout to John and his building expertise. He was amazing. He helped me get the materials I needed and gave me very simple directions on how I should build the structure I envisioned. I am so very grateful for his help.
The whole store is dirty and disgusting, no one ever wants to help you "it's not my department" if you want help and see someone named Chanel or Chanal K. Stay away, she's rude and obnoxious, you'd have better luck talking to the wall rather than her help you. Oh and for the love of God will someone clean the bathrooms there?!?! It looks like no one has ever done it. Disgusting!
I had a great experience on a Saturday morning while I was trying to buy some air filters for my house. An employee named Yayou went above and beyond. Without me even asking for help, he offered his assistance and was super knowledgeable about the different air filters and current deals. I left the store feeling hopeful and optimistic, knowing that there are still people who care in this fast-paced world.
A huge thank you to Jon in the paint department. There was no one to help me and the manager didn’t even know what decision to take or what to do, wasn’t very helpful but Jon came over and was wonderful, knew what he was doing and got me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Matched the perfect paint color as I had requested. Thank you, Jon for making a great experience!
My experience with this Home Depot was exceptional. My family and I purchased a wine cooler, and Hugo Feiertag was instrumental in assisting us throughout. He even helped us load it into the car! The service was simply unparalleled! A big thank you to Hugo!!!
Shout out to Nokel! I came in for a set of the 8.5 Step Stools 2 Pack which was a Labor Day Savings item. Apparently they had not been put out on display yet and a couple of employees I asked could not locate them. Nokel not only found them quickly, ...they were in the shipping box on the top shelf of storage racks, he quickly got a fork lift, got them off the shelf and unpacked one for me to purchase. When an employee goes out of their way to help they deserve recognition.....Nokel....THANK YOU!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY here! I applied , and was approved for- a HD line of credit with no financing for 6 months as I knew I had a rather big job in replacing my flooring of old tile and wall to wall carpet with LVP. I spent weeks searching for the right color/ quality, purchasing samples, viewing LVP from various places. Finally narrowed down choice to a life proof product at HD. Well, once chosen it took me FOREVER to order product at the store. So long that the manager eventually sent me to another department which wasn’t staffed so no lie, took well over 45 minutes to throw thousands of $ at them. Chose “store for pick up” 3 weeks from purchase date for LVP, transition pieces and underpayment. Left town /state so contractor could complete project without having to worry I am staying there and daily clean up. Got text and email from HD night before pick-up date saying “product arrived and ready for pickup.” My contractor and 2 of his workers went to pick it up. NOT THERE. I get a call from HD at 3 pm on Friday of 4 th of July weekend saying not only is the LVP not there it is backordered! They asked me to go to a nearby HD in MA where I was staying for 2 weeks so project could be completed to see if I liked an alternative that was in stock. I had to drive 10 miles in route 3 traffic during rush hour akin perhaps to heading to hamptons from NYC on a holiday weekend Friday AKA gridlock. Did NOT like their suggested replacement. Not only that but there were enough cases of the flooring I had initially chosen in that particular store backordered?! ! Asked that a manager call me and let me know how they intend to compensate me for having to pay 3 people’s daily wage when their error resulted in NO PRODUCT! No one ever called me back! I called the store multiple times a day for the next 3 days. No return call. No human answering. National number saying I have to talk to store. Eventually I reach someone on July 5th - told them I wanted my original choice. She says OK. !? they allegedly get order together - which I had in my contractors name for pick up. He goes to get it and they don’t release the product to him! Several more calls to try to let the store release the product to the named person. Finally he was able to get it. Project delayed by 2 weeks! Nowhere to stay. No call back from store. The entire experience was disappointing, frustrating, time consuming and all around horrible. I am shocked they can stay open with this type of administration and management - or lack thereof. Do yourselves a favor and shop anywhere else! I had much better experience with my tile product from a flooring and decoring type of store. So mad that I gave HD my hard earned money for such grossly negligent customer service. Zero stars! Contractor also very negative experience having to go there 3 separate times to get what was promised and in writing! Run do not walk
Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Shopped at this location for years and the employees are hired at the border of California and Mexico. I tried speaking with multiple employees and NONE spoke English. I realize the store manager is to blame for this. It seems Home Depot will put a former bagger/cart pusher from Walmart in a store manager role. How hard up is Home Depot? As a contractor, I've noticed a steady decline concerning employee language, knowledge and customer service. All 3 are an extension of the store manager's ineptitude and inexperience. This is Naples. It would be nice if they hired an actual store manager who knows key word KNOWS" the job. It's a sad day when the majority of employees either REFUSE or CAN'T speak English. I just noticed many of the "good reviews" are names of current and former employees. How sad is this?
