Paid 230 for 35 pills.  They only had 10 of the 35 pills.  So they still owed me 25 pills I already paid for. Was told 'Call tomorrow and see if we get any in but most likely it will be Monday before we get it". At this point they had already taken my $230.  I called the next day like I was asked and was told 'no we don't have it, and in your chart it says for you not to call until Monday so I don't know why you're even trying to call today (ummm...what???)'  So they call me Monday and tell me that it STILL didn't come in and that they wernt sure when it would be in so I would need to get the prescription transferred to another pharmacy and come to the store to get a refund of my money. So, I go to the store to get my money for the 25 they owed to me.  They tried to give me only $79.00 back out of the $230.00 I have them. Let's do the math.  35 costs a total of 230$ I was given 10 and needed a refund for 25.  They flat out refused to give me my other money back saying ' the more you buy the less it costs (wth).'  I can barely afford the prescription at normal value...now you're telling me I have to pay double costs for your mistake?  I was in tears....went back and the lady I had been dealing with got an attitude...started huffing and puffing saying 'thats just the way it is'
 So I asked to talk the pharmacist and thankfully he was understanding and returned my money at the value I PAID for them.  I won't be using this pharmacy again. As a pharmacy if you keep running out of the same thing-it only makes sense to order more of that product, right?

Very knowledgeable staff. Even orders certain items that their customers need, just for them. Always explains certain things. The medications and what to not take with certain ones. It's a shame that some of the larger "chain" pharmacies are sometimes too busy and treat you like a number. Hometown treats you like family.

Truly hometown feel. They deliver your meds upon request. Mobility equipment, special shoes and compression stockings.
