cheap price = cheap service. Hotel staff at front desk didn't care if you were there or not, rude and unprofessional. They seemed irritated when we called a week ahead of our arrival to confirm our reservation. Rooms were nasty, needs an exterminator, too many roaches. bought 2 cans of roach spray and used both within a few days. Website said pots and pans and coffee pot were in the rooms and included in the price. We went to the front desk after unloading the car to tell them that there were no pots or pans or a coffee pot. The lady at the front desk said they were not available at this location. ??? Well, if no pots and pans, then what good is the stove? Horrible experience, will NEVER stay here again, seemed like a bunch of crackheads hanging around in the parking lot and a lot of drug activity going on.

You get what you pay for here. It's has a cheap price... is about the best thing to say. Obvious drug activity going on....drug addicts and drug dealers in and out 24/7 and no trying to hide it. Needles in the bushes next to the building,drug bags and pipes in the parking lot. Police are there at least 3 times a week for domestic issues.... People yelling,fighting and breaking stuff in their rooms. Not kid friendly at all. Don't forget to lock your vehicle that's for sure! Staff is unprofessional and acts like its a burden to do their job. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Avoid this place like the plague. First of all, it's Gautier. So, just that makes it sketchy. First room we were given had a stripped bed with only a spare blanket thrown over. Mattress had blood stains all over it and the phone didn't work. Second room: broken ac front, funk behind the nightstands, webs on the lamps, tub and shower curtain still had gunk/hairs in and on it, counters had stuff still stuck on them, walls and ceiling were just dirty. The toilet wasn't working properly until it had a rough plunging. Housekeeping showed up twice in the week we were there- day after we arrived and the day we were leaving. We were gone for the majority of each day we stayed. Mid-stay, we came back one night and I noticed the hand towel we haven't touched looked like someone had wiped their butt with it. It was grossly stained and had hairs in it. It's a cheap place for a cheap stay. Front desk was friendly, though.

I stayed for a week. Room was spacious but half the light bulbs were out and the microwave was dirty. Only 2 towels. The toilet constantly ran and had a bad smell. Nice pool. Wifi connection sucks. Awesome price! The day I was supposed to checkout I was going to just stay another week but I was at work so I called the hotel over and over again but the phones were out of order. Drove all the way back on my lunch break ....the office opens at 11 but they were already on break at 12 😑 so I just got my stuff and left.

Cigarette burns, broken, stained, worn out floors, walls and furnishings. Holes in bathroom door (appears to have been punched in by prior guest). Only one bar of soap provided (no shampoo or conditioner), uncomfortable bed, screws on security latch were loose, torn window screen. Very dirty room. Towel/linen service only once a week. Cabinets were very dirty (had to clean before putting anything in them). Stove top had baked-on food. Leg was broken on chair. No dishes provided, no dish towels or soap. Price was very low, but the quality was also very, very poor. Would not recommend.
