The crew was excellent. They worked together as a team, and they were professional. I was very impressed how quickly and efficiently they completed the job. They did a great job cleaning up during the project. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing job.

I saw this company at a home improvement show that was at the Convention Center in Downtown Baltimore in 2015. I ordered 2 storm doors from them with a deal of no payments for a year. Well to make a long story short they didn't hold up there end of the deal, so I had to contact the State Attorney General consumer division department to get everything in order with payments because this company wasn't trying to work with me. Fast forward to the present I contacted the company because now the storm door wasn't closing properly. I contacted the company the 2nd week in May and they sent someone to look at my door. He stated that he had to order a part for the door. Here it is almost the end of June and I haven't heard anything from the company. I called and they tell me that my service order fell through the cracks because there was a change with the workers. I would not recommend the company to anyone.

The crew was here when they said they would be.  They covered the ground, bushes, and deck, etc. around the house before they began, making their clean-up quick and very good.  At one point, a piece of the roof came through the living room ceiling.  The crew chief said they would have the drywall guy here in the afternoon.  Later, he said that the drywall guy got hung  up and would arrive at 7:30 the next day.  It was Saturday and although he didn't show up until 8, he was here and worked for about 6 hours.  The man was fantastic at his craft.  The ceiling looks like nothing happened.  He managed to keep the wall paper...AND the boarder!  I still have to re-apply the boarder, but it looks like it was never touched.  I am SO pleased!  The roof looks great, too!

Very Unprofessional - Sales Person - Melanie P. came out to my home to give an estimate. She measured incorrectly, added 100 extra feet to my gutter estimate. The error was blamed on their app not working for measuring correctly. The quote was more then $3000+ above another bid and they did not call me back to schedule the job like I requested. She was very unprofessional, did not follow up and when I called her manager was given the run around,  promised return calls which never happened by her and her manager. I would never use this company, they don't follow up, very poor customer service and over priced. Do not waste your time or money, they try to bate and switch you on pricing.

Homefix Custom Remodeling was great! They started on time and finished on time. They were very thorough and polite. I love my new roof!
