Usually the shelves are fully stocked and staff is wandering around making sure you're getting everything you need. The walkways are very cramped because there's so much stuff

Messy inside with products misplaced and/or otherwise unorganized. Cashier was checking her phone while ringing me up, and wore that “I’d rather be anywhere else” look quite well.

I have been to many HomeGoods stores, but this store by far has the best customer service.  I repeatedly was coming in to find a specific item, and their store manager Cathy (and other associates) were very generous with their time in helping me find what I was looking for.   I really appreciate their generosity and willingness to go above and beyond for me.  Thank you HomeGoods Jantzen Beach!

So clean! And huge. A little Better then Cascade location. Less cluttered and wider aisles

I absolutely love this store!!! I especially love the customer service I receive every time I shop. 
Marcia is an absolute dream! She totally makes shopping a fun treat besides the goodies I take home! She always makes me laugh.  I'm not sure what I get more excited about seeing her smiling face or my treasures!
That little Dalton,  I may have his name incorrect but what a charmer!  The most helpful young man I have run into in a long while.  His parents are doing a wonderful job with him!
