Over the last few months I have noticed a tremendous change in the organization of your Pittsfield store. The pillows, gift boxes, picture frames, and pet beds (just to name a few) are aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I have purchased more than I ever have because it is easy and pleasing to shop. Please pass this on to your hardworking employees! As for the employees who are behind this shift in organization, maybe they should join your marketing team!!!

HomeGoods in Pittsfield is Outstanding. It is always neat and clean and everyone working there is friendly and helpful. I have been to many Home Goods stores and this one is by Far the Best

Not as big as some of the HomeGoods stores, but it's an interesting place to go because you never know what you're going to find. The furnishings are a little more limited compared to some locations, and the staff is friendly. The prices seem pretty good. The cleanliness of the store rates about average.

Walked around in here the other day...wow! Lots of things to choose from.Take your time  here because you need to see the great variety they have!

Selection is lacking in comparison to other HomeGoods locations I've visited. Staff are helpful. Restrooms were filthy when I visited.
