After googling a home goods store in stone oak and the website displaying closing time of 11pm I drive there only to find its actually closed and back to normal hours, not a big deal at all, but I decide to call just to verify and a lady answered and I asked the hours of operation and she rudely said “were closed” and hung up on me. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience at this location and we will not be going back, I’d rather make the drive to the Rim location.

The store has good items but what I find disappointing is that one can find the same item at different prices. I found a particular Picasso lithograph for $79 and another one for $59. Same size same painting same material the only difference was the color on the frame. When I asked the woman responsible for the art area on why the different prices; she said it is probably demand. She did not take time to look into it and gave just a vague answer. Her response made no sense! So BEWARE you can be paying a higher price if you don't dig in into the store. Poor customer service.

It's absolutely awesome. Best store in town. Great buys at affordable prices. Just love it, except not enough stores in town. Hate to mention it to people so I can keep it all to myself!!!!!

It is great towards the end but then I found something in the clearance section and went to ask a employee how much it was and she didnt even try to look. She said go to the front and they will tell you. Well the front was swamped and the next employee was awesome she was extremely polite and asked the assistant manager. (Not because she didnt want to help us.)
