This location has amazing stuff. I went here a few times to look for items for my new place and every time I bought some cool items. They also have a great selection of food items as well as coffee and tea products. I bought some awesome international quality teas from here. I would recommend checking out this location if you are a regular shopper.

I want to compliment Vicky the manager. She helped me get a large box for my Spode Decoration that Irvine stores refused to do. She was fun and gracious. I watched her with her coworkers and she had such a good tapport.it was a very busy time and she did it with a smile.

Do not buy from this store. Staff is rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming and unable to answer questions without anger or frustration. The manager Vicky barked at staff and customers. She even accused customers of being dishonest after I asked her about HGs return policy- very unprofessional. I was not once given an answer to basic questions without an insult attached to it. The staff have a chip on their shoulder that is easily set off. Do not buy from this store. Management needs to get involved and do some retraining. Customers should not have this kind of experience in a retail store.

It's a clean and nice store
Unfortunately they don't keep anything in the back, and if you find something nice but not in the amount you need, you need to grab them and after that start calling other stores to find out if they have it to complete the amount you need.
That let me know an employee yesterday :(

Right now full of great gift items.  Always shop here for kitchen items, dishware, decorative pillows, sheets, and other household items first.
