When Safeway decided to leave Oklahoma, they sold all their stores to Homeland. Homeland took the ball and ran with it. It is a very good grocery store, with a wide selection of items to choose from and reasonable prices. The meat is always fresh, as are the fruit and vegetables. If you can't find what you want for dinner here, then you need to get your eyes examined.

This is most definitely not my first choice. But it is very close to my house. It is comfortable small and has all the basics that you need. The prices are a little bit higher than usual. The nice thing is that it is supposed to be employee-owned which is being helpful to your community. It would benefit from a makeover. And functions is a basic Supermarket if you don't want to go further.

I’ve found nothing wrong with this location. Yes it’s small, but why does everything need to be Walmart? People complaining must have high standards and hate having to go all the way to Whole Foods in the Chesapeake area.

This is an old store by current standards. It was built as a Safeway in 1974 and doesn't seem to have been remodeled or updated since and is small, more like a dollar store size. It's convenient and the staff are OK. This place was like going back in time to the 1980s. Marty McFly would recognize it.
