I do NOT care for the home rental section of Homeland Reality. I had veiwed a home and notified them before the closing of the buisness day that I was very interested and wanted to sign for it. They told me to come in first thing in the morning and sign, that they would hold it. I felt assured and secure that they would have my back. I called on my way in to double check to see if they were holding it while I went to the bank, I was told "yes". I came in at 9:20am, They have already released the home to another woman. I asked why, their responce was, "do you expect us to hold it forever?". I called after leaving to speak to a supervisor, got the same childish, unprofessional responce and hung up on. They are a very unprofessional and unfriendly group to go through. This was the only home out of 5-7 we looked at that wasnt a hell hole. When I veiw a home I would want to feel the company has my back and is there for the customer, not their money. I will not be back there and I strongly suggest to stay clear of their rental properties.
