Thirteen spaces located on family homeplace. Located on Mike Padgett Hwy (a.k.a. Georgia Hwy 56) 3.5 miles south of Interstate I-520 (a.k.a. Bobby Jones Expressway). Located approximately 15 miles from Augusta National Golf Course (home of the Masters Golf Tournament); approximately 24 miles from Vogtle Nuclear Power Plant; approximately 13 miles from Interstate I-20, and approximately 3 miles from Augusta Regional Airport. Rents to adults only. Only small indoor pets allowed. Monthly rent begins at $230 and up, and includes the space rent, electricity, water, sewage, and garbage. Land-line telephone service is available by subscribing with ATT/BellSouth or Comcast. Cable/internet service is available by subscribing with Comcast. Daily rent is $25 for short-term stays. No swimming pool, shower house, tent camping, wireless internet or other ammenities are available. Grocery stores, gas stations, fast food restaurants, and Mexican and Chinese restaurants are located within 1 mile. Post office, home improvement store, drug stores, other fast food and family restaurants, and commercial district are located within 5 miles.
