Homer Skelton Hyundai has been the most reliable and helpful car dealership I have ever used. My salesman, Rick Putman, not only was extremely helpful when we chose our Sonata, but he has been faithful to check in with us since our purchase. The rest of the staff has been effective and consistently available to help in any way. The service department is fantastic! It offers oil changes at a reduced rate with a canned food donation. I love that they support giving!

First they couldn't find me in there system and we have had our car serviced there before. 2nd they told me they needed my cars VIN number in order to look up the part I need, REALLY !!! Aren't ALL 2012 Hyundai Elantra's pretty much the same. So I was told they can't look up the part I need without the vehicles VIN number.( I'm at work and that vehicle is at home ) 3rd they told me they wouldn't or couldn't install the part for me because "they haven't had much luck installing that particular part in the past" ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?? Then I was told to call another Hyundai dealership. WOW !!! No more going to or calling Hyundai in Olive Branch for any of my vehicles needs. 100% incompetent at Hyundai in Olive Branch. I wouldn't even give them one star.

I have had my Sonata for almost 5 yrs. It's a great vehicle with lots of  room. I had one issue with the brake light assembly, but Homer Skelton Hyundai identified the problem and replaced it-no charge! Billy and the other members of the service dept have always been kind, courteous and helpful when I bring in my vehicle for routine service. They consistently provide excellent service with minimal wait. If I had to identify one drawback with the vehicle, it would be that wished my gas mileage was a little better. Other than that, I am really enjoying my vehicle.

Mr. Q as I call him, he was great everything I ask for about a car I got it ! Made the process simple think he gave me a great deal and I absolutely love my car !
