The rent is now $800 a month for a room with no housekeeping. Poor value.

Used to be a maintance man at homestead motel. JD Tweenter had me sheet rock over BLACK MOLD in all rooms exp. rooms 1 and 2 including the living quarters. itz roach infested in every room was bed bugs in rooms 7 and 8. there is also a lot of drug activity and there is no insurance on building.

Motel has sewer gas leaks,black mold and roaches infested in the framework  and has been used for a very long time as a controlled substance illegal dealing spot !
