Every time I call about an appointment or to leave a message the staff are unpleasant to talk to and their service is low. My dentist is very nice and so are their assistants but their receptionists that take the calls and check you in are not so much! It makes me never want to call for anything or come in. I feel like they just hire any miserable people that apply, and make me feel like I'm wasting their time! They should send them for some customer service training being we are the ones who pay their paychecks rather they like to believe it or not!!!

Very displeased with lack of communication I receive Everytime I go here. They cancel appointments without telling u so if u are coming from far away call before. Also I was waiting for them o send some information to my insurance for over a month and they did not been send the request until I had to come in and inquire. My tooth was killing me. The service is ok but they do not have any compassion and u will not be able to see another doctor if ur doctor is out and they did not let you know. Definitely switching dentist!

Hometown Health provide very crucial services for low (or no) cost to the patient. I have inspected clinics for another state and know good from bad when it comes to these places.  As a walk-in dental patient, I found the facility clean, the employees competent and friendly, and the services more than adequate.  You can pay a lot more to get terrible service at other providers.  I will return to this clinic for dental work as I was very happy with my experience, or as happy as anyone could be needing emergency dental work.

Poor care.....don't know what they are doing.....could never work anywhere else type of doctkrs.... Make you wait...if you have plans oh well your at there mercy.....no stars.....

Has the rudest employees, I was there for service once and was calling for follow up appointment. Dental appointment coordinator was rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this place for service.
