Loved this Hotel! Fairly quiet, only once did we hear  a lady laughing and talking rather loud in the room next door. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and everything was furnished for extended stays. Well equipped with dishes, pots & pans, dish washer, full sized fridge and even a food disposal. We were very impressed; our king suite was more like an efficiency apartment rather than a hotel room.  Will definitely be back!!

Best hotel I've ever stayed in! We stayed for 1 week because we had to evacuate due to our apartment being in the path of hurricane Irma. Every employee is amazing! They're all friendly, accommodating, helpful, professional and I'm so grateful for everything they did to make all the evacuees happy and comfortable! They held a free lunch and dinner for us almost everyday we were there! If we needed anything, they got it! For example: I wanted some bubble bath and the hotel didn't have any so one of their employees went out and couldn't find bubble bath but came back with these amazing smelling bath bombs! They went out of their way the whole time we were there to do anything and everything for us! The rooms were very nice and clean and spacious. The whole hotel was nice and clean! I cannot say it enough, this is THE BEST HOTEL WITH THE BEST STAFF IVE EVER STAYED IN! If you get a chance, or just need to get away, go here! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to everyone that works at the Homewood in Pensacola FL! I would give a lot more stars if i was able to! XOXOX THANKS AGAIN!

My two main things for a good hotel are quiet and cleanliness and this hotel doesn't really excel at either one. It really needs a renovation. The overhead fan, the AC, and the toilet all make too much noise. They have a basketball court right by most of the rooms and 'quiet time' isn't until 10 pm. Not at all peaceful. The cleaning ladies set the air to 63 while in there so when we came back it was freezing. About the only good thing is proximity to airport. Having hilton honors for business travel, I've stayed at a ton and this was one of the least impressive.

The team is amazing!! Our plane was delayed and our luggage left, but we had to stay behind to wait to catch the connecting flight next day. But delta gave us vouchers to stay at this hotel! Our shuttle driver Alex and a beautiful, young lady at front desk made our problem into a truly joyful adventure. They went above and beyond and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room and the breakfast bar was great as well!

this is usually a safe and great hotel to stay and with a great location.  But not anymore I do not feel safe at this hotel I was on the 4th floor and these teenagers were having a party and a fight broke out a lot of kids hanging out by the elevator and running up and down the hallways trying to hide from security.  this was one of the most disturbing and unsafe stays i think this will be my last time ever staying at this location.  They should of kicked out the kids that had the room but did not they stayed. Very unpleasant stay. also i seen two roaches in my room and had a slow drain as well.
