I came here on business, it's about 5 mins away from the airport which not bad at all. Hotel staff is awesome couldn't ask for more. The breakfast was pretty good as well as dinner, did I forget to mention free beer and wine with dinner can't beat that. Love this place im definitely going to stay here again.

The room was a little smaller than the usual 2 room suites, but clean with a friendly staff. Pretty much exactly what I expect from a Homewood Suites. Good location too. Close to lots of amenities.

Great place to stay in Reno, and they're pet friendly. Hot breakfast every morning. Great staff.

Housekeeping was my biggest issue. When housekeeping would come, they would just make the bed. No vacuum, sweeping, and bathroom cleaning. I would come back to the room after work, and there would still be small lent rolls and other objects neglected by housekeeping. When requested housekeeping to come back, they never did. It took me escalating to the hotel general manager to finally have a decent cleaning for the room.

Stayed on the 4th floor. Comfortable stay, breakfast gets busy so recommend going earlier than later. Enjoyed our view from the room.
