Patrick, is UTTERLY UNHELPFUL MANAGER OF A HILTON PROPERTY. My phone interaction with him made me want to SHRED MY HILTON HONORS CARD. He does not admit to the mistake he or his staff made in incorrectly cancelling our reservation.... so BE WARNED if you are booking using an event link (e.g., soccer tournament). THEY WILL FIND EVERY REASON TO BOOT YOU OFF to make the extra dollars above the discounted event rate. Full Story: My wife booked a room for a soccer tournament in the cherry soccer complex using a group rate of our daughters soccer club. She followed the instructions and received email confirmation of her reservation. In fact, the reservation system kept reminding her of her upcoming stay. The evening of her stay, as she began to check in on the website, the system could not find her reservation. She called the hotel. The desk agent said her room was cancelled. Cancelled?? Why? SOMEONE CALLED IN EARLIER AND CANCELLED OUR ROOM!. We didn't get any email cancellation notice -- despite repeated reminders of upcoming stay, no cancellation notice via email. We are left to the vagaries of a system. The staff said the parent called and cancelled 'cos her daughter broke her finger. My daughter is fine and intending to play. NO LOGIC COULD CONVINCE THEM THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND THEY CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION BY MISTAKE. Patrick didn't appear to care. Then, they switched to the 'rule'. If you scroll down all the way in the confirmation email it says you need to check in before 4pm else your reservation may be cancelled. OKAY, if they said that they got us on the technicality, there wouldn't be this post. Or if they accepted they made a mistake, and their hands were tied because they were oversold, BUT they insisted it was us who called and cancelled the room and they were not culpable so they could not help in this matter.

My room was tattered, torn carpet, stained walls, wallpaper peeling in restroom. I booked two months in advance and rate was 150. The Homewood suites in Phoenix is much nicer, but I won't stay at a Homewood suites again based on this stay. Pictures posted

It is a good location next many stores and restaurants. Room was pretty clean and quiet I have stayed twice for 2 weeks at a time. Breakfast is fine as it is free. The free evening meal is tolerable because it is free with the room Monday thru Thursday and there is free beer and wine. Just ONE flavor of beer and I think 3 different bottles of wine.

Amazing it has a basketball court and a pool the services was amazing and you have breakfast and even food from 6pm to 8 pm it is amazing you guys should go

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in a while. The double queen suite is very spacious with a living area and a separate bedroom. It also has a kitchen with plates pots and pans and silverware, a full refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove and microwave. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Roseville and I would stay here again definitely
