I needed a car, time-constrained, but wanted something that didn’t just fill my need, complimented my life. On a Saturday, I stopped by Honda of Owings Mills on just after a snow event, wiping off vehicles, and Mr. Butler came out and brought me into his office. He was a fantastic representative who asked questions that put what I was looking for right in front of me. That Monday evening he introduced me to his manager Mr.Q, who set a price that was very impressive. Then I met my Financial services representative, who was also amazing!
I was so impressed with the skill, concern, and knowledge to get me to the car that I enjoy on several levels!
I highly recommend Honda of Owings Mills to anyone looking for a vehicle. I have purchased over 8 vehicles this was my best experience ever!

I cannot recommend Melvin highly enough! Anyone will sell you a car, but Melvin made the car-buying experience ENJOYABLE! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Melvin EARNED my business. He was easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He even worked with another dealership to get me the exact color combination I wanted. If you’re looking to buy a new car, go see Melvin!! You will not be disappointed!

I bought my first car with Mark H. and I must say he has the patients of a saint and was so insightful, as he was sure to explain the car buying process to me in detail. After asking a million questions, test driving the car a couple times, going back and forth between two particular colors,  I made my decision to purchase a 2017 Honda Civic, in which he located and retrieved immediately from another dealer. Preston was extremely helpful with financing my car.  The overall experience was wonderful and I highly recommend going to see Mark to purchase a Honda.

For the first time ever, I actually enjoyed the process of buying a car. The whole team at Owings Mills Honda did a great job of making me feel comfortable and taken care of.  Mark, Q, Joe, Stacy, and Oz were all so helpful and quickly earned my undying loyalty.  I'd go so far as to say it would be a mistake to NOT buy your car here.  Mark in particular brings a personal touch to the car buying process that is hard to find anywhere nowadays.  I'm looking forward to returning here every time I need service or a new car. Thank you!

My wife and I stopped in on a snowy Friday afternoon to test drive a new Pilot and we met with Mikhail. My wife loved the car so we decided to work out a deal. Mikhail was excellent, he told us all about the vehicle and was easy to work with on the lease. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. Honest, to the point and fair. Great experience and great dealership.
