I bought my car from the used car department on sunrise in valley stream so naturally I would think to just go to there service Department but truly my experience with the valley stream Honda in general has been such a stressful experience.  I waited two and a half hours for ONE tire to be changed and then after waiting that long t still was t over.  I then was informed that the mechanics went on lunch and would t start my car till they were back.  Such horrible service.  I brought my car in at 10:40.  For my appointment. And they still have yet to touch my car at 1:00 because the mechanics are now in lunch. I am not happy.  And will not be coming back here.

I went to this place twice. The first time, they were fair and decent. The second time, they claimed a sensor problem was the result of an accident that occurred 2 1/2 years earlier and that the repair wouldn't be covered under the warranty. When I didn't accept that reasoning, they tried intimidation to get me to go along with their decision. Subsequently, I took it to a different Honda dealer who not only covered the repair under warrantly but said there was no way the sensor issue was a result of the accident!

I do not recommend this location for service either.
The manager sam is nice and professional. But i have been there too many times telling them the same problem and theyre telling me nothing is wrong.
