Super fast turn around. Did not even have an appointment for an oil change and they got me right in and out without any extra wait. Their shop/facilities are very clean and the waiting area is compfortable and cozy. 

They offer a wide variety of services that I had no idea they even covered. I will definitely bring my vehicles here for any future service/repair. They are very upfront and honest with there pricing. Great job guys... thanks

I took my car to advanced auto parts to get my engine light checked and they had told me it could be the fuel injectors or fuel pump. Since it wasn’t for sure or not that, that was the problem, I brought my car in to get a diagnostic at Honest-1 in Deltona and I also planned to get the repairs done at the shop as well. I told them everything about my experience at advanced auto and they ran my diagnostic. Supposedly the diagnostic results said that my Spark Plugs needed replaced, as well as my fuel pump and, fuel pump relay and, they wanted to clean out my fuel injectors. They wanted to charge me $1,400 for all of this. Knowing it was a ridiculous price, i took my business else where. Come to find out, none of the things that Honest-1 wanted to charge me for, was affecting my car. The other shop i took it to told me that my spark plugs looked brand new and nothing was wrong with the fuel pump. They told me it was the Crank Shaft position sensor. They replaced it for only $250 and my car started right up. Luckily I didn’t stay at Honest-1, which isn’t very honest at all, or I would’ve paid $1,400 and still have a broken down car.

I looked at the other one star reviews for this shop and noticed they’re all being charged the same ridiculous price of $1,400 for parts that are less than half that price. It’s so sad to see
 this company try to take advantage of people.

I will no longer even think about bringing my car to this shop or any other Honest-1 shop, and have recommended all my friends and family to stay far away from these shops.

The customer service was excellent and will return for future services.  The lobby is emitting and modern.  Good folks working there. The prices are very low too!! Thanks guys!

We're really lucky to live very close to Honest-1, but frankly, even if we moved to another neighborhood, this would be worth the drive.  My husband and I both drive high-mileage cars and we seek a trustworthy mechanic that is up-front about the quirks and gremlins our cars can have, but doesn't sell you on services that aren't useful.  They don't overbook their appointments like some of the shops around here, which means the time they quote for your services (in my experience) has either been accurate or conservative.  All the technicians and customer service staff we have dealt with (shout out to Craig and Jonathan from our most recent visit) have been communicative and friendly.  They have a complementary shuttle for folks to take advantage of, but if you'd prefer to hang around and wait, they provide concierge-level amenities including free WiFi, a kids area with toys and a TV, a clean, comfortable, and pleasant seating area, monitors to view the technician service your vehicle, and light snacks and beverages to enjoy.  If you're like me and find yourself entertaining the younger kids during an oil change, they also have an outdoor seating area that you can watch the cars go in and out of the car wash across the way which in my experience, provides quite a lot of amusement.  In short, whether you're looking to break the expensive cycle of taking your newer car to the dealer for service, or you're like us and trying to squeeze every bit of life out of your car, you know that this place has the knowledge and the customer care to give you peace of mind.

I was greet by a lady by the name of Tricia. She was very knowledgeable about the explanation she was given and help me find a courtesy ride to go and get my vehicle at home. I will continue to use Honest 1 Deltona  again. Also the on duty mechanic that day on my vehicle did an excellent work on my vehicle. Keep it  up guys !!!   Ferdinand Morales
