Very good friendly staff. Very fair and quality of work is definitely above par. Good for small to large jobs very professional. Does take a little while to get all set up into their system.

It was time to replace my coolant and oil on my 07 toyota, so I googled and Honest-1 AC seemed to have decent reviews. When I went there to get an estimation on what needed to be done they came up with an estimation of 400$. Ridiculously expensive for a coolant and oil change. Did it somewhere else much less than that. Services/labour costs is overpriced on this garage.

It's pretty nerve wrecking when you take your car to a shop you haven't been to. Especially when you're going for something more than just an oil change.. with that being said, the staff here is absolutely amazing and they took great care of my car. They were super patient with me & the 10 million problems with my car. My car is running smooth thanks to their work & advice. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for an honest shop. Thanks! 🚗

If there was a negative 5 option that would be the selection I would choose . My van is Not fixed . I told honest 1 that I needed the brake system replaced. That I needed it to be safe to drive across country. First pickup: was called told vehicle was ready for pickup . Got to vehicle noticed brake and abs idiot light was on .brought back to honest 1 and was aggressively told by a mechanic that was in the customer waiting room as to why he didn’t fix or replace parts that were or were not there. Was “promised “ by Mike and Jeff that vehicle was safe to drive . Made it 5-6blocks before the front rotors were basically glowing and ticking. Called back honest 1 and arranged for tow and was offered a Uber because I don’t live in Daytona . Declined offer of Uber and asked that they just fix the vehicles brake system whatever that might entail and took care of the situation properly.. that would make me happy Second pick up: I was told vehicle was ready for pick up . Proceeded down to honest 1 and picked up the vehicle. Seemed fine . I Had to brake on the highway, when I did a brake locked up ,jerked my wheel and smoke billowed out of the vehicle this time at 70mph. I called honest 1 they didn’t want to tow it back to Daytona but instead Deltona. Was told parts would need to be ordered and work would begin Monday.Was later called and told parts didn’t arrive on Monday and would be later . Was later told wrong parts were shippedThird pickup: was called by Jeff and told vehicle was ready for pick up and that there was something about the brake lines that would be explained to me when I got there.. when I arrived a very helpful manager immediately explained that those lines needed to be replaced and that it would be additional. I explained that I had already got a quote to fix the system plus tires and paid that price in full .. if someone noticed jb weld on the brake lines and proceeded to tell Anyone that vehicle is safe to drive . is lying to people.And that’s why I brought the vehicle to get a quote on fixing the system! not temporarily patching it . or allowing some sort of sub standard work to remain on the vehicle instead of putting together a proper quote to properly fix the system .. the vehicle was put on a lift and shown what needed to be done aswell as the quality of work from the other Honest-1 in Daytona . The brake line they did replace they just left loose and flapping around .. manager and lead mechanic of Deltona store was not impressed by work done by Daytona store and proceeded to call Daytona store. Jeff was away and I was told he would call back. I waited a few and then the manager had to arrange for me to be dropped off at my house . This manager literally said ,”if I let you drive out of here with the brakes like that ..I wouldn’t have a job tommorow“ and “that vehicle is NOT safe to drive.” If that vehicle is not safe enough or even for that matter properly fixed. Meaning if you knew something wasn’t right it should have been included in the quote because if you wouldn’t put your family in it and drive down the road. then you shouldn’t expect me to do it ? Right? Isn’t That fair ? because if you do allow that .and I run into your family with that vehicle because of brake failure then you would feel very differently About overlooking those things I don’t have a job , I can’t afford to pay you more . I did everything a customer is supposed to do . I brought my vehicle in for a quote, I was very clear about driving this vehicle long distance, and that it needed to be SAFE. I paid in full & on time. I now expect you to do your part.. there is this old saying that ”sometimes when you mess up you might have to eat a little crow” it is Honest-1’s turn to eat some crow..Which leads me to todayI just received a phone call from Jeff who proceeded to tell me that the other manager was just being “over dramatic” and that he would fix the brakes for an additional $700 . Which he considered to be a deal . Then he proceeded to tell me he didnt have time to talk to me and hung up the phone. What customer service?
