I used to eat here years ago so I was excited to revisit. Sadly they no longer serve soups. Their Navy Bean and Ham soup was so good. I had a ham sandwich on croissant with potato salad. The croissant was dry and the potato salad serving was small for the price. They were out of tea and the canned drinks they offered were warm.Food: 3/5

Ham Sandwich is good. The menu says flaky croissant however the texture was more like a bun. The honey mustard they use is really good. Paired with the honey ham gives it a nice mellow sweetness with a little tang. Potato salad is creamy and has a good flavor.

Came in and said hello. No one greeted me at all. The old lady looked up from making a sandwich and glared at me. Terrible service. Lady who picked up the phone though was awesome

Went to buy a 10lb honey baked ham today for Thanksgiving. Spent $100 & the manager was so rude! We will never be back! Can’t believe the manager wouldn’t help a 87 yr old man!  Wheelchair accessibility: Need it closer to the store.

Terrible customer service, side looks made between employees when I asked a question about a menu which they normally have several out printed . Then when ready to order I was rudely ignored by a woman at the counter. Very rude demeanor towards certain customers.

Just walked in at noon and they are open but there is no one here. Ended up just leaving because the place was empty. Waste of my lunch break.

Picture this; day before Thanksgiving, I had placed an online order on Monday for a quarter in bone ham, and a smoked turkey breast. So imagine my disappoint when after standing in line for 20 minutes, they told me they were sold out. How does that happen when you place an order ahead of time. Ok, I decide to just get the oven roasted turkey breast and quarter ham. They opened the package, to show me before purchase, but I did not realize, the glaze was like a sheet of glass over both meats. Now the only reason anyone goes to honey baked is for the topping on the ham, so we were very disappointed when we didn't have access to it, I don't know if they were rushing or what the case was, but I'll think twice before patronizing next year.

I just want to say Emily and Miss Pam at the orange park location are the sweetest! It was my first time at a Honey baked ham and they made sure to explain the process to me. I felt so welcomed at this location and will definitely be come back. If you're every there ask for them or the kind gentleman who's name I forgot to get!!

I mean it's honey baked ham. There's not much they can screw up here and they don't. The food is just amazing and you can't get it anywhere else. That of course makes it a little pricey but that's okay.

This was our first time purchasing from Honey Baked Ham Company and the food was awesome I will definitely be buying from here again!! The Mother's Day Dinner was delicious. I look forward to doing more holiday dinners through them. We ordered the Spiral Ham Dinner.
