I’m writing this here because your website only allows a comment of 150 characters... I stopped at this Honey Dew this morning. When I pulled in there were 3 cars in the parking lot and one truck in front of me in the drive thru so it wasn’t too busy. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side, a medium iced coffee and a bottle of water. When I pulled up to the window I was impressed that my order was already waiting for me on the counter. I saw 3 women working, and no one opened the window so I could pay for my order. I waited patiently because I figured someone would come to the window when they were done with what they were doing since all I needed to do was pay, but no one did. I sat there waiting for 5 minutes. I felt extremely ignored and my order was just sitting there ready to go. A woman even came over to ask the girl making coffee a question, looked at me and walked away. The only reason someone finally acknowledged me was because I eventually waved at someone and asked if I could pay. When she finally opened the window she said “Sorry, we’re in the middle of a rush.”  (Which I didn’t understand because at this point there were less cars in the parking lot, and if someone has a large order you should be ringing out the persons order that is already done before you complete theirs) I said “I understand but my order is just sitting there and all I need to do is pay.” I worked at Dunkin’ Donuts for 6 years. I understand what it is like, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I never write complaints but I have to say I will not be returning to this Honey Dew. I would rather drive down the street to Dunkin Donuts and know that they will not only acknowledge me, but that they will take care of me quickly, because that is the point of a drive thru.
