First of all this review has nothing to do with the employees working. This morning on my way to school I stopped at honeydew to get breakfast I got a sandwich and a muffin toasted with butter. Tell me why there was only 2 people working going back and forth between drive through and counter. The whole sandwich station in this place is a mess, they have all there frozen meat stored in a cardboard box, they put my muffin in the microwave, and the egg meat and cheese in the microwave,  it came out all soggy and greasy. The workers were very nice and obviously can’t control the set up they have, this is 100% undeniably the owner and managements fault, your customers deserve better and for sure your workers need better.

I stopped in with a friend the other day, and we were pleasantly surprised by the energy and personalities of the staff at the counter. Both gals genuinely enjoyed interacting with customers and making the visit fun...and maybe even entertaining.  I watched customers come in, heard them chatting and laughing, and watched them leave with a smile. Not enough of that these days.

Today I was charged $3.39 for a medium iced water… literal tap water… I could see charging for the cup, maybe 50 cents or even $1 I think would be crazy but $3.39 for a human necessity like tap water is just crass and outrageous… because I’m 7 months pregnant and was desperately thirsty though, I paid it… but from now on I’ll go across the street to Dunkin

Best coffee shop in the State! 10x better than their competitors and always friendly. They even have treats for my huskies!

The lady who served us was incredibly friendly and even brought the food to the table as we were some of the only customers there. Not a big fan of the breakfast burrito as I don't like potatoes in my burritos, but that's a personal problem and not worth docking a star. Smores iced coffee was great and reportedly the Caramel cold brew with wjipped cream and a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel was delicious as well.

The Gals here are just awesome! The donuts are so good! They are like little works of art! This is my honeydew from now on!

Bad service, had to wait forever to get order taken.  When order is placed staff get the order wrong.  Do not think they wash out the machines.  Totally bad experience.  Honey dew is usually really good, but not this location.

Literally the most rude people I’ve ever met in my entire life every single time I go to this location I regret it!

Staff is usually friendly, once in awhile I will get an incorrect order. What I dont understand about this location is that it's the ONLY one that puts butter on ANY BREAKFAST SANDWICH you order and results in super tough and crunchy bagels if thats the bread you choose

New upfront easy to see display cabinet with a nice selection of donuts. They put a half dozen donuts in a box instead of the DD method of smashing them into a bag. That's my #1 reason for choosing Honeydew.
