This is the first time I’ve been here and I honestly thought it was pretty good. Not the best food I’ve ever had and pretty greasy and kind of hurt my stomach but for the first time I enjoyed it and I made my own stir fry bowl with kitchen. The girl up front at the register was so nice and I forget her name. Kaleah? Maybe. I can’t remember but she was so sweet and helped me. The food didn’t take that long to prepare but it was 4pm on a Friday. My only thing that I don’t like is that it was $18. That is wild. So I probably wont go back but not because I don’t like the food but because a bowl is too expensive for me. Also the guy with the comment about the pjs is so annoying because you’re a man and why are you wearing pjs outside like a child. That’s all

I like the ordering processes with computer terminals. Many vegetarian options since tofu and eggs are among protein options. My only slight complaint would be the amount of carbs vs everything else. Unless you are getting a salad the bowl will be mostly noodles or rice, and not much of anything else. At least it is fresh and nicely seasoned.

I’m trying to hang in with this place,  either they forget something in the food or something is incorrect, while I don’t want to seem greedy this is just ridiculous!!  I spend anywhere from 10-15 dollars at this place multiple times a week and tonight I must say I am totally displeased with the amount of food in this container!  Where is the food?? And please chill on the thousands of green peppers! Add more broccoli!

My second time ordering here and shame on me - I got a salad this time and they left out half of my order! It should have been a fairly easy salad to make- I got the Greek salad but they left out half the toppings. Not sure if other Honeygrows are better but this location is not it. Place was super busy this evening and I thought , why not try it? Ordered spicy garlic stir fry with tofu... it came with undercooked egg noodles, very small amount of tofu with pieces of chicken mixed in, very few veggies.....a couple small pieces of broccoli.....overall a very poor product....better stir fry at the mall..... worst of all, they don't address the people waiting in the store but are all about the door dash and Uber eats.  Not what I expected for that price.

Service is so slow.  Although I must say it's not the food preparation/cooking, but the bagging/packaging.  My order was just a salad and I saw it sitting for a long time at the cashiers counter, although at that time I did not know it was mine.  I ordered ahead online and was told the order should be ready by 8:39p.  I came in early though as traffic wasn't that bad that day.  I waited there for a good 20mins, patiently thinking they might be busy with more orders.  Then I observed that the guy bagging were keeping a pile of orders and stickers, sticking it to the orders by bulk.  I do not think that's a smart and proper way to do it as it is very time consuming.  I ended up waiting 5 more minutes and back in the car realized my order is missing a vinaigrette so I have to go back.  The guy who was bagging never even said anything about it.  Very poor service.  I got home very disappointed.

This is my first time trying this franchise. Food was ordered through the self service kiosk. There are about 4 kiosks for the customers. The staff was very nice and friendly. Their service was great. Staff were very attentive.  To me, the stir fry is basically fancy Chinese and Thai food with a fancy price. But it does taste good, just a bit on the oily side. I ordered a red coconut curry stir fry and a custom kids stir fry with roast steak and scrambled eggs in sesame garlic sauce for my 4yo. My stir fry was not bad, very tasty and flavorful. My daughter's stir fry was a bit oily. The roast steak was a bit too dry. My daughter can't chew them, and even I have a hard time chewing the steak too. But the overall taste was pretty good. I think it is yummy.  Got a parking lot that is shared with neighboring stores. There were two spots specifically for people going in for pick up as those are the 15mins spots.  Overall, not a bad experience. I may go back if I am around the area looking for stir fry noodles.

Great value for delicious FRESH food! Solid ingredients and plenty of options to customize your meal! I've been a fan since they opened their first location and was so happy that they moved into my neighborhood!  Staff is always very pleasant and orders are always correct! Great for vegetarians and vegans too! Everything is completely customizable to suit dietary restrictions.

My wife and I just ordered a meal for Friday night as our children are sick and we just couldn’t cook. We’ve had a few experiences at this honeygrow in willow grove which have all been positive. We ordered our food and received a text message saying our food was ready after approximately ten minutes after ordering. I showed up ten minutes later and went to get our food. The bag was not in the pickup area. I waited a few minutes to be acknowledged and after finally being acknowledged I gave my wife’s name. The food was not ready and not made. The young man stated after looking in the computer, “that is weird, I’ll have it ready in a few minutes”. It’s now been ten minutes sitting here in pajama pants thinking id be in and out. We could have chosen 50 other places in the area and picked here. We won’t make that mistake again. Take your business elsewhere.
