This place slaps! I had my car in for service at the Mavis nearby. I was in need of sustenance. I pulled up google maps to search for food. I didn’t need to. Hong Kong Buffet was right there on the screen. I walked over and in the door. The staff immediately greeted me with a smile and seated me. I cleared 4 plates full of my personal favorites. Lots of variety in the dishes. I recommend the rangoons and egg rolls. Good desert options too. Paid $15 at the counter excessive tip included they deserved it parentheses inside parentheses inside a sentence is wild, right?. Check out the cool table!
The food is hot and ready. You can eat in or take to-go. It isn’t the most flavorful Chinese food I’ve had, but it still tastes good. I enjoyed most of the different entrees and sides; the spicy mushroom tofu soup was the best dish that I had. It was $10 at lunch.
Always go at lunch, preferably on Saturday or Sunday when they are busier and have more options. Coconut shrimp is great. Hot & spicy shrimp would be better if they cook the onions more. Also good are the mushrooms and mala chicken. Good when fresh.
This was the worst buffet I’ve had. The food was dried out as well as tasting stale. Our work group eats in the area every day and after the horrible food we all said we won’t be back. The service was good and employees friendly but the food quality was very sub par.
Staff could not be sweeter! I mean these people know how to greet you and serve you with exactly what you want I mean seriously the best Chinese food anywhere around here! I highly recommend! Green Pepper steak is amazing and big servings! 2022-11-17 Still as fresh and delicious as ever and their priced have not gone up! I HIGHLY recommend!
We were hungry for Chinese and this was open later on a Sunday which was perfect. The staff was attentive and we always had our drinks filled and very friendly. It was clean and their health score is an A which I always like to see. We will visit again.
Smallest selection I've ever seen at a buffet. Nothing bad, but nothing good. Music selection Michael Jackson. Just meh!
Some of the food tasted spoiled, and the dessert fruit was definitely old.. not many options at all. Not exactly sure how this place has business. Pretty disappointed
I rate it 5 stars on the quality of the food alone. The buffet is somewhat limited as to the number of items available but everything was delicious. After several visits this is our favorite oriental restaurant.
The staff was ok. Very warm inside the building and lacked A/C. The food, however, was not great. Bland flavors, not enough options and missed the mark on food labeling. Their coconut chicken was actually imitation crab and there were some others that were improperly labeled. White Rice was very dry and the fried rice was undercooked and some of the food was obviously out of date and was still being served. Theres also some saftey concerns as there were some liquids stored in a water bottle that were wrapped with plastic wrapping and unrefrigerated drinks that were left out and being served rather than being stored in a proper container. There were some positives though. The egg drop soup was good and staff was nice. Overall, not the best chineese restaurant and would definitely look elsewhere.
