We've been ordering delivery here for a few months after years of bad service and food from the "other place." We ordered Roast Pork Sliced,  Lemon Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Hot & Sour Soup, and egg rolls. They inadvertently forgot 3 of the egg rolls. I called them and they came right back with them. Both the man on the phone and the driver apologized. I was really pleased, since accidents do happen and this one was handled with care and professionalism. All the food was excellent and the service was fast and above what we are used to. I highly recommend Hong Kong for every Chinese delivery meal you have in Jonesboro.

The food is good. The girl working the phones is one of the rudest people and she orders the wrong thing for delivery half the time. Order in or if you call and she picks up, just go somewhere else.

Ordered food over an hour ago and still have not received it. Multiple employees have had this problem. Last time I'll ever order!
