Nancy Bills is one of the many Southern Judges who trade her Black Robe in the daytime for a white sheet during the night. I went before her in 2010 at the age of 17 due to a nonviolent altercation with my mother. I watched as this woman reinstated a Caucasian man who was a 3rd time offender of the pretrial diversion program. When it came time for me to ask for a second chance due to being a struggling Senior with lack of transportation her answer was “no way”. She did everything in her power to prevent me from graduating high school but was fortunately unsuccessful. At 23 I earned a Bachelors degree and in the fall I will begin my masters degree program. It’s because of this woman that I dedicated my entire life to fighting injustice, starting with her. Although Judge Bills made my Senior year of high school a living hell, she did not break me. Please help me remove her from the State court bench once her 4 year term ends. I do not want her to ruin the lives of other minority children. We will not strengthen her sick worship of white supremacy.
