Honu Hawaii BBQ is a melting pot of ethnic cultures and nowhere is this influence more profound than in its cuisine -- a fusion of Hawaiian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and American dishes. The key to creating such delicious dishes comes from using the best ingredients which are prepared fresh daily. Even our Teriyaki and Katsu sauces are made in-house with our unique blend of spices. We make our marinades from scratch and marinate our meats every day for that perfect flavor, and we hand roll our Katsu in panko bread crumbs. If soup’s your thing, we’ve got that, too, and it’s made fresh every day just for you!
At Honu Hawaiian BBQ, we specialize in many Hawaiian inspired foods including a delicious selection of Plate Lunch. Not sure what a Plate Lunch is? Well, it’s a customer favorite and definitely worth trying. Our Plate Lunch consists of two scoops of rice, one scoop of mac salad, and your choice of any entree over a bed of steamed cabbage.
