I baught a car from hoop. 2 yrs later after paying off the car he kept a lean on my vehicle n refuses to lift the lean so i can have the title. He refuse to do anything to help or take responsibility for his actions. I still dont have a title and now have to get a lawyer to reciever the title for my vehicle 2 yrs after car was purchased. He is a liar untrustworthy person who screw you over fast as he can.

thise man is my moms cousin and he sold us three bad cars at the same time. one had a lawnmower spark plug in the engine. and thay all fell apart in a couple of weeks. if a person is going to treat family like thise he will not give a dame about you and will only sell you junk
