Do NOT use this florist! I ordered flowers via their website for a friend's birthday to be delivered to her at work (a large business in Minerva.) They were never received - nor was I charged (thankfully.) When I called Hoopes to inquire where they were a few days later - I was given a bunch of excuses (non that made any sense what-so-ever!?) Initially she tried to claim they didn't know it was a business - in which I informed her that I was looking directly at my receipt where the establishment was listed next to my friend's name. After stuttering all over the place and talking about others who neglect to list the business names, she offered an apology. I requested that my card NOT be charged and she asked "oh, so you'd like to cancel the order. I meant to call you and ask what you'd like me to do." My response was "YES"... considering you missed the date!!

The worst florist I have ever used.  I ordered a sympathy spray in a timely fashion.  I was called by Hoope's representative to say a duplicate spray had already been ordered by another party.  I said that was fine, to make my spray anyway.  They made nothing.  I received an email the day of the service and 3 minutes before the beginning of the service so I could not call another florist, stating that Hoope's was not making the arrangement because they didn't have enough time!  How many days notice does Hoope's need?  DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST.
