Let’s start with.. Worst Hooters I have ever entered. Now for the info on why. I have been in Hooter’s  from the tip of Florida all the way here in Chicago. When I entered this particular establishment it was not busy so I had high hopes. I ordered my normal of 10 Bone in Hot wings,served wet, no ranch or blue cheese,side of fires and two cups of cheese dip. When I told my server my order she looked dumbfounded. Like I spoke another language or maybe it was the speakers at 110%. With only 10 customers in the whole place. Once I was able to get my order made I placed my Google earbuds in just to take the edge off. My wings arrived in a sea of grease,not sauce. I think there was some sauce mixed in but it was bad. My fries were not fresh even with it being slow in the business they were    cold. This is one location I would not recommend. There are two more pretty close.

Went here on a Thursday evening at about 8pm. There was about a 15 min wait. We received a text when our table was ready. The waitress was nice but during service we could tell she was occupied.  Sadly, the best thing we ate were the loaded tater tots. These were very good, no complaints. Both of my kids were disappointed with the chicken. The wings came out and were barely sauced. They were also room temp coming to the table. This supports our claim that the waitress was just too busy. I don't understand dining in at a restaurant and the food not being piping hot when it comes to the table. The chicken also wasn't crispy. The fries were terrible. They weren't hot, and they weren't crispy. They also charge extra for ranch. My kids didn't finish their food and I took home leftovers that I won't eat.  This was all of our 1st time at Hooters. It will probably be our last. There are just too many options out there for mediocre service and mediocre food.

The wings are good, the service is better. I always feel at home by the friendly atmosphere. I've been coming here for years and it never lets me down. Jaden is my favorite waitress, she's always quick to crack a joke but takes her time to talk and banter with me. She's very sweet and makes me feel welcome. This place is good for game day with the boys or just a random lunch or dinner. Will keep coming back.

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Can't beat their juicy, and meat-ful, chicken drums and wings. Pictured here is their Steamed Shrimp which comes with melted butter and cocktail sauce, as well as 20-piece Wings with bleu cheese on the side - 10 Hot Original and 10 Daytona Beach.Food: 5/5

I got a really warm welcome from Mikayla the bartender and we had a nice chat about all things English. She was very efficient and served me a great mango lemonade. She also took my order very quickly. The food took a while to arrive but it was delicious. I will be going back for dinner later this week so another review will be coming with some photos.

Just dined here and the place is really nice with a nice ambiance, order some wings which were really nice and a burger which was ok. Merly was my waitress and she was really sweet and helpful with a smile on her face.Food: 4/5

Service was wonderful! Food was okay but the impossible burger online was no longer offered so not much for vegans or vegetarians. The restaurant itself was a bit shabby but not horrible. Wine was amazing. Restaurant was clean and well staffed. The music was so loud that conversation was all but impossible.  Vegetarian options: None

Hello I love this location, it’s great I love the food it comes out on time and the bartenders are great. What I don’t like is most of the server girls are young inexperienced and very rude. Especially a server at this location named “Jourdan” she’s very short rude and disrespectful. I asked the young lady why she was so mean to me every time I come in, she responds “i know your type” this young lady is no more than 18 she very rude and I definitely got out of character calling her a name. But I believe no one deserves to be treated badly or rudely because a young girl has a attitude. I didn’t deserve that and she needs to be removed because her customer service is terrible.

Mind you, I place my order online. EVERY SINGLE time I go to this particular location they mess up my order. Every single time, HOW? When I'm placing the order online???  Let's talk about the unprofessional staff. The females that work here are so rude and inattentive. They smile in certain faces and ignore others. I only go here if it's the last resort. This location sucks. They need to do better

I’ve gone to this hooters for years and always have a good experience in person.  That said, DO NOT order online or for delivery from this location unless you want a horrible experience. Multiple times they’ve messed up our order, most recently forgetting 20 wings the main item of our dinner. To make matters worse when I called the women who answered simply said call grub hub. I tried to explain I’m not looking for a refund and might contact grub hub but just wanted to know if the wings were made and if I can come pick them up, to which she again cut me off and said contact grub hub.  Perhaps they can fake being nice in person but customer service is beyond terrible at this location. I’d suggest they simply stop taking online orders here or replace everyone involved with that aspect of the business.
