My Family and I came in around 7:50pm ordered our food and they had an issue with our drinks.. We waited for 30mins the waiter came to the table to tell us are food was coming in a few... We waited again the time being 9:05 she apologized and said again the food was coming in 5min..It was at that point I ask for the check for the childs drink and a Corona...she said her manager said we did not need to pay and she was sorry we left..The Service Sucks The waiters can't remember there orders for the table which causes them to go even slower...we got a kick out of them dropping food and drinks to the wrong table..Training is needed real bad.I promise myself never again and i mean Never again 2 times is enough... I will stick to Weatherfields there service and staff is awesome!

Ok so i normally order the sampler with shrimp, bone in chicken and boneless wings. The shrimp is decent, they use poor quality bone inwings they're oversized like the chickens were on steroids and they have an off taste you can tell its not good quality (same for the wethersfield location) its surprising that other items on their are better than their wings which they are supposed to be known for. Also the bonless wings are very small and not worth the price and you can tell they aren't the best quality either you can tell the company added a enhancement/ solution to the chicken. Overall I'd say buy better quality wings since that what hooters is supposed to be known for.

The food is great as usual. The wait staff has declined thru the years, but was adequate, not stellar like it once was. Also, rhe change from boneless tenders to bites a few years ago was a mistake. These two things subtracted a star. Otherwise, very good food.
