Relatively pricy burger joint but if you go during happy hour then it’s certainly worth it. The quality of their burgers are a cut above, and the drinks they offer are delicious. I absolutely adore the truffle fries and the sauce that accompanies it and I love trying out their $5 burgers and cocktails. If you’re an Irvine Company employee you get an additional 10 or 15% off, can’t remember, but this doesn’t apply to cocktails!

The first issue that we had when ordering at this place, was the fact that it took forever to get through the line. There weren't very many people in front of us, but it took about 5 minutes per person to get their orders. Once it was our time, we understood why, the person taking the orders was either very new, or has never worked on a computer before. Once our order was taken we grabbed our drinks and headed over to the drinking fountain for the ice tea. The tea didn't taste bad, but I wasn't able to get any lemons due to the fact that they hadn't been kept on ice and were brown. After the fries were brought out, I went up to ask for ranch and get some ketchup, the ranch bottle that they tried to give me ranch out of was yellow and crusty at the top and didn't look like it had been kept on ice either. I asked the guy for some fresh ranch that was cold, he gave me a dirty look but got some from the ice bin. We ate the fries, they were good, if not a little bland. The burgers came out and as I cut mine in half I noticed that it was a little more pink than it should have been, so I picked it up to inspect it a little more. The burger was RAW, not just a little raw, but really RAW! You could still see the white fat that is mixed in with the beef raw. I took it back up to the counter and the guy gave me an exasperated look as I tried to explain that my burger was raw, he asked how I usually order my burger, I told him usually medium on the rare side, not raw and asked for them to make it medium on the done side. He took the burger and about 10 minutes later they gave me a new burger. The burger had great flavor and had a kick (I ordered the El Diablo) but the burger itself was really small and not worth the amount of headache and cost of the meal. I don't recommend this place to anybody!!!

The burger was good, the garlic fries, excellent. Can't deny that. If I were rating the burger only, it would get a 5 star. But the experience was soured because of the cashier. She was less than helpful or friendly. I had questions and her responses were curt and short and her attitude showed that she would rather be doing something else. Might try it again, but that didn't sit well with me.

These are Burgers done right! The variety includes traditional, bison meat, vegetarian... nice selection of ice cold craft brews. The thing that puts this place over the top is how well-trained the staff is. After the bartender took my order another bartender came over to ask if I had been taken care of. They kept checking with me throughout my meal to make sure I had everything I needed. Later I thanked my bartender and headed out the door before I could leave another bartender yelled thank you for coming! Attentiveness like this is what separates a great dining experience from just another burger joint. PS I'm a carnivore but I tried the veggie burger and it was fantastic.

Got the Buffalo Bill burger protein style- it was messy and delicious. They've got paper towels at the tables so the mess was no problemo. I also tried the Llano Pompano and it was incredible. I'll be back!
