I stopped in for a quick bite I was craving a burger and this place is relatively close to the house I was not disappointed I tried the El Diablo Burger and man it is really spicy and me being Mexican that saying something. I also try the truffle fries they were very delicious but I also felt they were a little salty and I had a beer definitely will be coming back to try some of the other burgers that they offer here the spot is very laid back they make all their condiments ns I really liked the spicy BBQ sauce. Also they didn't accept cash credit card only
When we came in the place was practically empty, so ordering was very quick. I ordered the diablo burger and that was pretty good. My sister ordered some kind of chicken sandwich and the chicken smelled off. The drink machine was broken, but they provided you with unlimited cans. Parking was pretty full, but there was plenty of handicap spaces.
Customer service: Edgar D. is at the register is awesome, his uplifting personality makes the experience great from the start. The atmosphere: Good, vibrant location in the heights. In the center of the restaurant is the full bar which really created a social setting. Cleanliness: Clean table tops and clean floors. The food: On the higher end of price scale. The basic burger price is high at $9 for just the burger which is small but decent taste. The food temperature was good. The fries are well seasoned. The drinks are free refills & self serve.
Mixed feelings about today's dining experience. The cashier was very nice and attentive, but the bartender was significantly below the standard. She had an attitude the whole time and gave the worst customer service I've ever had in Houston. I've been to busy nightclubs in Houston and received better service. I was honestly confused why she was even hired given the others being so nice and welcoming. This is the first time I've ever received suck bad service at this establishment. It honestly made me never want to come back, which is sad because I love this place. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. This affects the overall customer experience. She purposely treated me badly with her attitude toward customer's requests and ignored me on two occasions. I asked for a box to take leftovers and purposely gave me the smallest box when the food was way more. I did not feel like a valued customer at all.
This burger was good. I didn't have the fries. I ate the double bacon jam. It was very good. There are some drinks I want to try. I'll be back.Food: 5/5
This is still one of my favorite burger places. I got the buffalo one and it was delicious. Can't forget the green Chile fries, they are delicious as well. There was a bit of a line that was moving slow but nothing major. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Strawberry margarita was also delicious. Can't wait to come back . It is a bit pricey though but to me it's worth it.
Great spot, cozy atmosphere. I had a bison burger, and it was so delicious. Everyone I spoke to there was so nice and helpful. The guy taking our order today was great. Wish I'd have gotten his name to add. Looking forward to visiting again.Food: 5/5
Great food at a great location. Went for late dinner with some friends and had a great time. The atmosphere let’s you chat with other folks and the staff is super friendly. I appreciate the soda refills and the shareable fries size. They accept major credit cards and parking is on site although it can get crowded at peak times.Food: 5/5
Visit 3/20/2021 around 8pm. The atmosphere was vibrant. It was clean and the employees were friendly. I ordered my food and it came out hot and delicious. I ordered the cheese fries and they were delicious and fresh! I wasn’t aware of the burgers being cooked medium but I was not here for that. Hahaha I asked to have the burger well— no red!! Side note: if you have high blood pressure ask them not to add the salt to the fries!!!
I What a difference greeted at the door by avers. Quick friendly service.excellent vegan burgers and nicely done fries. Ice cold beer nice variety of craft beers to choose from.
