I have been coming to Hope Primary Care every since it has been open! I love the staff and they make sure that I am doing well as well as "fix" me when I'm not!

Ok I am pissed to put it lightly I made an 11:30 appointment here and paid money. At 12:40 I asked how much longer and they said there were 5 more in front of me I waited till 1:10 and asked for a refund because I have to go back to work they did not give it to me and I left half way back to work they called me saying I was next and asked me to come back needless to say I will never go back and tell everyone not to go unless you have all day

Everyone here is very nice . I went in as a walk in and yes my appointment was a total of three plus hours ( which included a breathing treatment for bronchitis) but they were very busy. I can see why it would take awhile, ESPECIALLY since they see walk-ins as well as scheduled appointments.The next time I went I was there around 45 minutes, I had an appointment. No matter how busy they were everyone was treated kindly and with respect and weren't rushed.
