The facility is not a bad place to have a love one stay at but the aides need better training on proper care. I have witnessed them just sitting around while the residents sit in mess, spilled food, etc. It seems that they're to occupied with their own life instead of that of the patients and residents. The nurses on the other hans are an excellent group of people. I have nothing to say about them.

This place is the worst  my mom is currently here and I'm taking her out today! They don't clean the bathrooms and the staff is unprofessional. I really feel like they put their hands on people here but I'm not sure but i know for a fact everyone is not doing their jobs.

Don't let the pictures fool you like it did me. Place is a death trap!! A lot of physical abuse by staff and patients who are mentally ill. If you're not mentally disturbed you will leave mentally disturbed. There place is unprofessional and lacks care and compassion for their patientz.  They don't respond to patientz when they press the help button. They are alwayz sitting bull talking about not related work conversation and on their phones. Can't sleep at night because they always playing radio loud in front of my room. They are abusive physically and verbally. They Just there for a check. They don't care about us. Don't come here. Place suckz. We suffer everyday going into depression. Place is a shxt whole. Stinkz and full of roachez. And if you fall you better get back up qwick cause staff will kick you down again and leave you there like they didn't no you feel then laugh at you. Worse place to be. You will regret coming here. It's for whoever rather be dead. They will torture you.

I am currently a resident here, and I have to say it's very below average. The only good and professional part about this place is, some nurses and all of the physical therapist. The nurses aids are lazy, I witnessed all most, and I stress "almost" every time. Multiple residents will press the call button for help, I look down both side, walk to the nurses station and they are on there phones. Earbuds in, ignoring the constant beeps at the station. They allow patents who have dementia and Alzheimer's to wonder into other rooms, stealing what they want. I had my things stole twice because I can't be in my room for PT. All day I hear screaming and I can't stop from helping. But the aids tell me to ignore them. That tells how lazy the aids are. The food is good sometimes, but all they have is pork. And my mother and Aunt are Muslims. I don't eat pork my self, so they will have dry bread with peanut butter and jelly. That is way to much sugar for me. As I type this older man is trying to open the stairway door, and the Alam is going constantly ignored, only the patents scream out. I'm sick of this, and I'm sure everyone else is too. Poor lady is swaddled in blankets, she can move while this man goes through her personals and takes what he wants. Unplugged her tv tv  walked out. Only stopped by myself. I can't help but to assist, and i get yelled at by the nurse or the aids. Never come here, I don't care if it's closer. Don't put anyone trough this prison *ell.

My grandmother was punched in the face by an employee at this home and is currently in the hospital because of these people. A 1 star rating is way more than they deserve.
