Supposed discount prices, but when I questioned the manager on a price by the case, I was told the single price would be the case price. On a differant visit, he claimed a bottle was miss marked due to people switching special price tags on the shelves. Refused to give me the lower price on two bottles. A total of $1.50 lower. Very poor customer service.

Horrible customer service!  Went in to get a case of beer and couldn't lift it.  Was told to bring someone with me as they will not help me lift the items to my car.  Came back today with someone who could lift it for me and was  denied the sale because the girl lifting for me didn't have her ID. Then the cashier very rudely said to me that I should have asked for help lifting it! Same girl who told me to bring someone else the last time!  I understand the law and not upset about the carding policy, but this place has now permanently lost my business due to the rude cashier who refused to help me the last time and now tells me today that I should have asked for help!  I am disabled and can't lift things!  At least the other package stores I visit are willing to help me lift to my car.  I will give them my business from now on!
