I was there last week for an appt which was scheduled for 6:15 yet I wasn’t seen until almost 7 and then was waiting in the room for another 15 minutes just to be seen by the doctor. Also last week I received 3 different phone calls with different results for my Pap smear. I was told I would get my results in a week. I called in this morning and then again this afternoon. I was told my results were suppose to come in today, but apparently they didn’t have them. I was told they would call the lab to see where my results were and that I would get a call back. I’m still waiting on that call back. I must admit though that Dr. Hoppe and Dr. Tran were really nice. Just the staff needs to be a little friendlier and more educated with how to communicate with patients regarding their results. I will be looking for another doctor.

I sat at this Gyno for over an hour past my appt time just to have a nasty uneducated medical assistant tell me “oh she don’t do ob anymore”. “She only do the test that confirms if you’re pregnant”. Why didn’t anyone tell me this when I made the appt and I was very clear why I was making an appt....

So my fiancé and I left.

Needless to say I will never be going back to the Hoppe office. This is 3rd time they failed to tell me important info before I showed up for a appointment that turned out to be a waste of time. They also screwed up something on my friends end not too long ago. Ugh.

Stay away from this place. Horrible front desk staff.

Dr. James Hoppe is NOT just a physician! He is a kind, compassionate, caring, genuine human being who truly cares for the well being of his patients. In this day and age it is rare to find a young physician, as Dr. Hoppe, whom gives the time and concern to people. There are those physicians who make their profit by the patient, but I feel that Dr. Hoppe truly profits us, HIS PATIENTS! Such a warm, loving, giving personality. God bless good physicians as Dr. Hoppe and I hope God makes more Dr. Hoppe's so that many more people can benefit from his areas of expertise not just in medicine but in humanity! Thank you Dr. Hoppe for not only being an extraordinary physician but for also being an exemplary humanitarian!

The staff at Dr. Hoppes office are very friendly and courteous. They always great you with a smile and come across as genuine and caring. This is a reflection of of the Doctors James and his wife Tran Hoppe. This team provide medical services that are 2nd to none. I owe it all to my wife who took the time to research and carefully select this family practice. Its the perfect situation for our family.
