I can't say enough good things about Horan & McConanty. The level of care and compassion they showed went beyond expectations. From the moment they picked up my mom to the visitation arrangements. It went seamlessly. They even made sure the knot tied on her Korean formal dress was tied right and on the correct side. We had arranged for her visitation for friends and and family in a smaller room, but they decided to let us have the chapel area instead and it was beautiful. All of our questions were answered and then some. They always kept our financial situation in mind and never tried to up sell anything. They even called to check in on us the morning after they picked her up and after her service. True professionals with compassion and care. Thank you Chace Griffin and your team for making this experience smooth and without stress. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Our son's passing was unexpected and not living in the same state, we relied on others to help find a funeral home. We could not have been more pleased. Peter and staff were tremendous.
