I called Horan's on New Years Eve (today) at almost 2pm EST for a same-day delivery.  The occassion was unpleasant, and urgent.  I called from Wisconsin, and needed something delivered today.

I had called several florists in the Farmington Valley who were unable to help deliver flowers to my dear friend today.  Of course, I understand that it is New Years Eve, and many businesses are closing early or very busy.  No one that I spoke with who denied my request was impolite... however... no one except Horan's Flower Shop was able to help me.

Brooke who answered my call was able to take care of my very sad one-day delivery during a holiday in less than 20 minutes.  She was sweet, considerate, efficient, and accommodating. 

The delivery driver, who was already out shipping orders, was kind enough to make one more stop.

I couldn't have asked for a better florist to work with during such a difficult time... and I can not thank Brooke and their delivery driver enough for helping me.

Many blessings to them in the New Year.
