Jason has been with me for a decade now. I do have summer check ups to avoid any problems in this Georgia heat..along with winter check-ups. Usually he can get to me within a few days. Never had issues.. had him install a new system for the basement. While I was concerned with the cost of a new unit it actually made my electric bill lower, as it seems having the unit downstairs assist the upper level to stabilize .. we were THRILLED !!  People-- ASK in advance for whatever you are in need of, ASK what the cost will be before opening the unit.. People that are unhappy are usually the ones that don't "think" and "assume" .. Jason is great at his chosen profession.. Professional always..  Thanks Jason..

Jason at Horizon first serviced my AC years ago and is still doing so today. The unit was installed when the house was built 17 years ago and Jason keeps it running like new. He even went ABOVE AND BEYOND last time by CUTTING DOWN A TREE that had started growing behind the unit. Horizon is the best and I will never use anyone else for my AC needs.

The workmanship has been stellar, the services provided timely and economical, and the company has kept our decade old cooling system running smoothly. I appreciate that he fixed my unit and responded so quickly. However, he fixed it without quoting a price and then demanded double the going rate for everything. Do NOT use unless you enjoy being ripped off. He is charging rates for 410a like its R22. He also charged $200 for a $50 Tstat in addition to his service fee.

We have been using Horizon for over a decade and have always been satisfied with his work and pricing. I have never met anyone who likes to have there HVAC repaired, it hurts. You have a choice to make. You cannot and will not find quality and cheap that goes together, if you do, let me know. This is quality work you can count on and fast response also.
