I have been living here almost a year now an I have to say this is the WORST apartment complex I've ever lived in. 
When I came to view the apartment I was showed one that they had decorated nicely and was very clean. That was not so with the apartment I got.
When I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned. The carpet was very filthy and filled with stains that I still can't get out. The dishwasher did not and still does not work properly and can't be used at all. The Oven only had 2 working burners and now its down to 1. The refrigerator is so old and was also left so dirty and even stopped working at one point.  When I complained about the mess we moved into and the dead appliances I was told that nothing could be done about the dirty carpet but the oven and refrigerator would be replaced as soon as they received new ones. I guess they still haven't gotten around to buying new ones yet. When I complained a second time about the dead appliances the maintenance man was sent to fix the refrigerator and I had to ask him to fix the oven...he told me it was working and when I tried to use it 5 minutes later I realized it was still not working...of course I had to write another complaint about that also, I am still waiting for something to be done about it. There was also roaches in here and no matter what I do I still have roaches in the apartment.
On top of all that I have to live with messy and stinking stair wells every day. I don't think they have ever been cleaned since the place was built, always smells like urine. The walk ways were power wash once since I've been here. I most definitely will not be renewing my contract for another year here.
I don't know about anybody else but if I'm paying a lot for rent and paying on time every month I expect to feel comfortable where I'm living.

I've lived here for 2 years. There are different professional people who are in my building, state troopers, police officers, teachers, nurses, doctors, etc. I like the place because it's affordable and conveniently located across from a movie theater, pizza place, grocery store and by I-95. I can travel to church in 10 minutes and I am close to Aventura area. I love where I live and the maintenance is really good. I agree that there are people here without home training, but I've lived in places with higher rent costs in Downtown Miami and they were just as bad with tenants who just don't care about their surroundings.

The rental office is beautiful but, unfortunately, we can't rent that. This place is constantly dirty, infested with roaches, peopled by riff raff that like to hang around sitting on your car etc. The sad thing is it wasn't always like this. This place used to be really nice. If you have a choice, don't choose here.
