Very disappointed in the person that taking phone orders! I had 6 orders and was doing a call ahead so my staff could eat lunch cause all they talk about is how good the food is. Well he decides to get rude and judge that I wasn't going to pick up or pay for the order. When I clearly have all the money from everybody! He lost our business for sure. We will never call Hornsby's ever again for a phone order cause of the rude staff!

Awesome food and prices! Seriously have to try there chili cheese fries, fish, and shrimp. 😮😁
