Beautiful part of West Vancouver.  Whytecliff park is nearby, and there are some smaller beaches accessible if you know where to look.  The main area is lovely though, too bad most people just come here for BC Ferries.

Delightful little park here.  It even has a splash feature of a Whale with spouts at its blowhole. Good number of swings and the little ones will enjoy the boat playground centerpiece

We stopped by on our return home from Squamish, and it was delightful.   The park was sort of busy as it was a beautiful sunny Sunday, but it wasn't uncomfortably crowded.  We enjoyed a coffee on a park bench, watching the ferries come and go.  Wonderful!

A good place to enjoy a lunch in the park. Has a hand full of restaurants to eat at or take out. A couple art galleries to check out. Good for an hour to two hour visits.

One of my favorite places to wait, in this case for a ferry. Picturesque, not busy. Beatiful vistas of ocean and coast mountains. Good shops and restaurants.
