I went here for the first time tonight for dinner. The service was excellent and they had live music playing. I ordered the "Award winning BBQ" BBQ Half Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and skillet Mac n cheese. Everything was perfectly seasoned and tasted delicious. Definitely recommend the skillet Mac n cheese. The BBQ sauce was also really good so I asked for some to take home.
French fries were great, rest of the food was ok, service was horrible. Won’t be returning. I understand taking care of your regulars…but….took our drink order and then took care of her regulars. They arrived after us, but had their orders taken and on their table before us. She chatted with them, sat at their tables, etc. we had to grab ketchup from another table, she passed our empty glasses set on the end of the table twice before returning and asking if we wanted refills. Never once checked on us mid meal. Finally we put our ccard at end the end of the table and we got our check…. The place was empty - there were maybe 6 cars in the lot. There was plenty of staff - we were there for early dinner/late lunch on a Saturday.
Ordered BBQ combo of 2 and Cobb Salad on 7/3. Extremely overpriced for its quality and portion. The ribs in the BBQ combo were not impressive. I’d rather have the microwaved Lloyd’s Pork Ribs from Market Basket if I knew how bad their “award winning” BBQ is. The lettuce in the Cobb Salad was not fresh with some brown lettuce stems and a bad tomato. What’s worse, a corner of sugar packet or parchment paper came with the salad! It really grossed me out. The waitress didn’t seem to care if we were happy about the foods. She walked away right after she asked if everything ok without any eye contact with any of us.
Fun vibe with life karaoke and very friendly stuff. Would definitely recommend for a fun weeknight outing
Went for music bingo, it was so much fun! The staff were really nice. I got the veg wrap which was just okay and very overpriced. Drinks were tasty. The ambiance was cool and cleanliness was on point. Will go back!
Got delivery and they didn’t deliver an entire meal. There was a note on the order after it was received that the item ordered was no longer on the menu. No call for a substitute. Just delivered half the order. How is this acceptable? Adding to my review, the burger I ordered was also wrong, didn’t include what I asked for and I got half a piece of cheese. This is embarrassing
Our server was the star, she was perfect. We had a nice lunch, and enjoyed the service immensely. The food didn't exactly come as described but we were happy enough. Flexible menu for those with restrictions.Food: 3/5
My son and I had delicious dishes, mine being the BBQ Meatloaf, and his being the Haddock Sandwich. My husband had the Reuben which he said was good. The service was a bit of a letdown, however. Our server was cordial when taking our order and bringing it out,, but afterwards was not very attentive. Not once did she come by and offer us a refill on our drinks, nor did she ask if we wanted dessert before putting the check down…and we were there quite a while. She did, however, give much more attention to other tables around us. I did notice that these tables were consuming alcohol, and we weren’t…maybe this is the reason for the indifference in her attitude? But, as I said, the food was fabulous, so I’ll have to decide if that alone is worth going back for.
Ordered the salmon special, as recommended by the server as the best, I asked how it was seasoned and was told a lemon garlic butter, Salmon came out over cooked bone dry and with literally no seasoning, I mentioned this to the server and they awkwardly took the fish from the plate, I was going to add BBQ sauce and power through as I was with two small children and didn't have time to wait for another item as it already took to long for our order at that point. If you go beware the see food my wife steak tips were okay Also a Manger never came out to address the poor quality of food and an apology never given I left hungry and grumpy
I do not take reviews lightly, especially negative ones. I understand running a restaurant is tough, and everyone is a critic. I would not want to hurt this businesses reputation without just cause. But when You service the public, you have to understand you are providing a service open to criticism. With that being Said, my wife and I were extremely disappointed. Right from the start the atmosphere said it all, elevator music played in the background and all though there was a good crowd, there was an awkward silence at times. It was weird, there was nothing welcoming about this place. The waitresses manners were awful LAUREN if seated with her, ask for another server, didn't greet us when we sat down, and literally threw the mini drink table napkins throughout the table, unsure if that was an attempt to be cool, but it failed. When my wife asked about popular dishes she name a few and said you been here before you know it was actually our first time. She didn't clear a thing off of our table without being asked and when we inquired about the desert menu she pointed to a separate menu at the end our table we didn't notice sitting behind other objects. She also serviced a table next to us and when they were leaving she shouted loud enough for the surrounding tables to here thank you for your generosity, boy talk about tacky, very ill mannered woman. The food was mediocre at best. Don't waste your time ordering the wings. The skin was soggy and it lacked flavor, no pre seasoning, they pretty much just smothered them in BBQ sauce and served. The burger was over cooked and dry like the desert. The chicken wrap was flavorless, little salt and pepp please. I can honestly say I don't know how a place like this can stay in business. The staff Ill mannered and unwelcoming, the atmosphere, dull and dry. The food flavorless and improperly cooked. Either over cooked or under cooked. I can say one positive, the corn bread was probably the best i have ever had, and the fries were decent. I apologize if I have offended the staff or owner, but I am offended by that service and food. Please read reviews honest reviews before you go and spend you hard earned money. This place is not cheap I can think of a 1000 better places for half the price. Hope I helped you all.
