Very quiet and relaxing area. Camp park ranger is very friendly and helpful guy. Best part was the swim in the river.

Amazing. Many great memories, easy to get to. Great community. Clean, just got married there to. Its a family tradition to go to kern and hospital flatts.

Typical USFS campground! Close to the river!!! Some creepy creepers hanging around. Drunk college kids, etc. Gets hot in the Summer months. Stinky pit toilets. Kind of pricey considering the availability of free camping right up the road!
