The food was good and a great value.  We ordered the smaller portions of steak tips with a baked potato. Chili shrimp as an appetizer and the salad bar.  We no sooner sat down after getting out salads when the rest of the food was brought out--appetizer and main course!  Very disappointing.  The waitress knew and seemed upset by it herself.  The manager came to our table to ask how everything was and we told him it was too rushed.  He told us we should have specified we didn't want everything at the same time.  Then went on to offer to bring our food back to the kitchen to keep it warm!  We declined.

I was there as part of a group of 30+ that had reserved a room.  They knew we were coming.  They provided one server.  This reflects poor (cheap) management.  The guy did well, but you can only move through 30 people so quickly and get food to them.  Food was cold when we finally got it and the  slow service caused the meeting to drag on way too long.    The manager was standing around and watching-- he could have pitched in to help.

A great place to go for a steak, awesome salad bar and great place to family and friends get together. Private rooms for birthday parties or get togethers. I highly recommend it

Typically always an enjoyable dining experience. The salad bar was fully stocked, fresh, and clean.  Our server kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed several times... not too overbearing and didn't get ignored... just right. 
Our main course came out promptly but not too quick to be rushed away from eating the salad... dessert bar had a good variety of sweets and treats, fruits, pudding, and ice cream with toppings. 
Overall, everything was great. I enjoy Hoss's and will return.
