Misty was afraid to handle my protective order since my husband fratured my pinky ,and slapped my daughter I fired his firm , it is on my Facebook page he gave a full refund for my divorce .😝😣

I hired Gene Hostetter to represent me in a child support case.  He made big promises and when the time came to go in front of the Marion County Prosecutor he didn't say 2 words.   I may as well have represented myself.  He may be well versed on other types of law, but if you need representation with family law you may want to go elsewhere.  Even my ex-wife asked where I found this guy

Terrible, worst lawyer you can get, anyone but this company. My family's case that was supposed to take a couple months turned into a case that was longer than a year. This company did nothing in my case and dragged everything out, byfar the worst lawyer around, do not use these people

If I could rate 0 stars I would….what a JOKE. My family has been trying to use these people (we have McDavid) for ALMOST A YEAR. AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. But they’ve definitely charged us ;) WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO DO IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT, IT INVOLVES A TITLE ON A HOUSE. THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THE ISSUE BUT THE LETTER THEY GAVE US ISN’T WHAT THE PEOPLE NEED TO FIX THE ISSUE. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY IN MY LIFE  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ANYWHERE….AND I MEAN ANYWHERE ELSE FOR LEGAL HELP YOU CANT EVEN GET A CALL BACK FROM THESE PEOPLE…..INSANITY……………

I wouldn't hire these guys for anything again. Their office over charges for services. For example, I called and had a question, I was on the phone for less than 10 mins but my account was billed 75.00. That happened repeatedly over the course of a 4 to 5 mth period. When I brought it up to my attorney she noticed that I was be charged by the receptists for handling simple paper work, let alone phone calls. I paid them in full 1 mth into my case and my trust account started being drained by unnecessary phone calls to prosecutors. My case was a driving case. I was even charged by my Hostetter and associates for my attorney driving from out of state back to her home then to the office. The out of state trip had nothing to do with my case at all,but I was still charged.
